Popular actress Urfi Javed recently faced a disturbing incident when she shared a video of herself on Instagram, dressed in a costume inspired by the character of a small pandit from the movie “Bhool Bhulaiyaa.” This playful fashion choice led to a dangerous consequence as she received a death threat.
Actress Targeted for Unique Fashion Statement
Urfi Javed is known for her bold and unconventional style. However, sometimes her unique fashion choices come at a price. Just a couple of days ago, she posted a video on Instagram where she appeared in an outfit inspired by the small pandit character from the movie “Bhool Bhulaiyaa.” Unfortunately, this seemingly harmless fashion statement turned into a threat to her life. She was accused of copying the look of the small pandit, and the threat was directed at her for this decision.

Urfi Javed Faces Death Threats
On October 29, Urfi Javed shared her Halloween party look on Instagram, donning an outfit featuring orange and red attire, red face paint, a flower garland around her neck, and incense sticks in her ears. However, this unique appearance led to death threats and accusations of hurting religious sentiments.
Urfi Javed decided to share her harrowing experience on social media, posting a screenshot of the threatening messages. In her caption, she expressed her shock at receiving threats for recreating a character’s look from a movie and pointed out that there had been no reaction to this character before.

One individual who sent an email to Urfi demanded that she delete the uploaded video, threatening her with harm if she didn’t comply. Another person accused her of tarnishing the Hindu religion and warned of dire consequences, even going so far as to mention the possibility of a public attack.
Not the First Time
This is not the first time that Urfi Javed has faced such threats. In April of the same year, she received threats at the office of director Neeraj Pandey. She shared screenshots of disturbing messages and revealed that the threats were made by Neeraj Pandey’s assistant. The threats were connected to the purchase of clothes, revealing the distressing nature of the situation.
