While movies typically release on Fridays, Yash Raj Films has decided to release ‘Tiger 3’ on Sunday, 12th November, which also happens to be Diwali. The film will simultaneously be released internationally. Trade expert Sumit Kadel suggests that while it might not have a groundbreaking opening like ‘Pathan’ or ‘Jawaan,’ ‘Tiger 3’ is still poised for a fantastic box office collection. The Diwali release may not hinder the film’s opening day collection much because people are usually busy with festivities in the evening. If the film had been released on Monday, it could have had an even more significant start.
