Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition: Redefining Luxury and Performance in SUVs

Nissan has introduced the new Kuro Edition of its Magnite SUV in the Indian market. This edition comes with two engine options, including a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine.

The Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition has been launched with a starting ex-showroom price of 8.27 lakh rupees. It is based on the high-spec XV trim of the Magnite and is available in three variants: petrol MT, turbo-petrol MT, and turbo-petrol CVT.

The Kuro Edition of the Magnite features a distinctive all-black design. It includes a black grille, skid plate, roof rails, door handles, alloy wheels, and black treatment around the windows. The headlamp interior accents also receive black treatment. On the exterior, non-black elements in the Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition are complemented with Kuro beige and red brake calipers.

Inside the cabin, the Kuro Edition features an all-black treatment with a black roof liner, sun visors, door handles, and steering wheel. The air vent surrounds are finished in black. In terms of features, the new Magnite Kuro Edition offers a wireless phone charger, rear air vents, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a 360-degree camera, a 7-inch computerized instrument bunch, and programmed environment control.

The Nissan Magnite Kuro Version is accessible with two motor choices. The first is a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine that generates 72bhp of power and 96Nm of torque. The second option is a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine that produces 100bhp of power and 160Nm of torque. Both engines come with a 5-speed manual gearbox, while the turbo petrol engine also offers the choice of a CVT unit. The Magnite competes with cars like the Tata Nexon, Maruti Brezza, and Hyundai Venue in the Indian market.
